I wonder what things I would like to change if I could travel time and go to the past? I also wonder if there is life outside of our planet Earth. What if there are species who are as intelligent as us or maybe superior. How would we communicate with them? More importantly, how would we react to such organisms? Is friendship possible?
I am sure that you too have had such questions at some point of your life. Well, I do not have the direct answers to your questions but what I have for you is a conjecture, a blur theory which has reigned in my mind for 6-8 years now. The concept is a little difficult to explain but let’s find out how I am at explaining stuff.
I perceive three worlds which run concurrently.
The inner world
The present world
The greater world.
We are all aware of our world; the things that we see around us, the people, the nature, the world that we live in as a whole. I term this as the Present World. This is easy to understand as we can relate to it.
Now let’s get into the Greater and Inner world. Our solar system has an energy power house as in the sun. It is the prime source of energy for our solar system, thus for our planet too. We have not been able to send probe vehicles or living beings very far in the universe yet, but technology has helped us uncover a lot of secrets. Although we have no idea about the size of our universe, but we do have a mere idea about how small we are when compared to the whole universe. On this note, imagine a piece of metal alloy from which we choose an electron of an atom randomly. Now let’s imagine that to be our planet earth. So we too live in it right? So, from the point of view of that person(let’s say that it is you in a parallel world) in that planet, imagine the size of the piece of metal alloy when compared to you(the person in that planet). It is huge right? So huge that you may call it infinite, let along the room in which the allow is. Now, imagine that guy in that planet(electron) has another alloy metal near him, which has an electron of an atom naturally. Now let’s imagine that electron to be our planet earth again. So a person(again that is you in another parallel world) again lives in it. And now imagine that vast universe of metal alloy you are in and the size of the universe now. You see where I am going right? So, I call the macro universe as the Greater world and the micro universe as the Inner world and contrast the nucleus of an atom to the Sun.
My view of this would be like there is a parallel world inside us, within the atoms and molecules and that world is our past. Maybe we are similarly a part of someone else as a whole and that’s what we know as the universe. Maybe the universe is us in the future. How we describe God maybe that same future that we talked about in here. Like we say, God is within us, God is within everyone. Maybe it is true with a greater meaning. It is still to find out and someday the ideas will be clearer and we will understand what this universe actually is and what we are. I am sure, that day time travel will also be possible.
Call it a probable hypothesis, conjecture or whatever, but I have had this feeling since I have been young, since high school as far as I remember and I do have the utter desire to know the truth beyond what has been proven as a fact. Each time we find the smallest particle, something new is discovered for which you can always question, what is this smallest particle made up of? And the answer to this question has been coming sooner or later. Same way for the universe, we have been gathering information about far places and the furthest that we know of today is the local supercluster which is a part of indefinite number of such superclusters present in the universe.
I would also like to place a reference to the Hindu mythology of the Trident. The trident as it is described in an article in Wikipedia, like almost all other forms in Hinduism, can be understood as the symbolism of the unity of three worlds that a human faces – his inside world, his immediate world, and the broader overall world. At the base of the trident, all three forks unite.
I came across this term recently and it inspired me more on writing this article. I have also read and heard stories about many famous spiritual yogis and sadhaks who have shared similar stories of their meditation where they visit the three worlds under meditation with the help of their souls or atmas with a meditation or yogic process known as the nirvikalpa samadhi. There is usually no return in case of nirvikalpa samadhi, but there are just a few cases where the atma could return to his own body. That is when the person attains eternal knowledge in his soul, or Brahmatta is bestowed upon the person. He becomes a superhuman with the attenuation of the highest form of knowledge.
Time Travel has always been a delight to us. I hope that we attain that milestone someday soon enough. And if the highest forms of yogas can actually make time travel possible, may we all gain that strength, courage and wisdom to attain that knowledge and travel time. For all we know that our mind can visit the past for sure and our hearts are faster than the speed of light for it can connect to events and people we love with the closing of our eyelids.
